REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ASSISTIVE DEVICES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN PLATEAU STATE, NIGERIA

The Centre for Gospel Health and Development (CeGHaD) is a faith-based non-governmental organization in Nigeria that aims to empower poor and vulnerable communities. Since 1994, we have been working in areas such as community health, governance, climate adaptation, emergency services, youth development, and rural enterprise development. CeGHaD is currently implementing a project in Plateau State, Nigeria called “Enabling Resilience to Climate Change-Related Risks through Local CSOs’ Strengthening” co-funded by the European Union and Christoffel-Blindenmission Christian Blind Mission e.V.

Method of Application: Interested vendor should submit their quotation, either hand-delivered or electronically, to the address below on or before October 31, 2024.

Instructions:
i. The dateline for receipt of quotation is Thursday, 31 October, 2024 at 3:45pm.

ii. Bidders must adhere to the instructions outlined in all the tender documents when submitting their bid to CeGHaD.

iii. Any prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, or contractual can contact CeGHAD via: ceghadproc@gmail.com on or before Wednesday 30th October, 2024, before the offers deadline.

iv. The vendor must provide evidence of business registration with a verifiable business address, a valid bank account in the name of the business, and a company TIN.

v. Successful vendor is expected to submit a financial quotation and, thereafter, sign a service request form, a job completion form, a pro forma invoice, and a receipt.

vi. CeGHaD will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by the vendor in connection with the preparation or submission of the bids.
