INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS
1. Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to carry out the project below:
i. Installation Of All-In-One Led Solar Powered Street Along Ring Road And Owuku Street, Evwreni Town, Orodje Placa, Orerokpe And Osubi-Warri Road In Ughelli North And Okpe Local Government Areas
ii. Installation Of All-In-One Led Solar Powered Street Along Osubi-PTI Road (Phase II) In Osubi, Okpe Local Government Area.
iii. Installation Of All-In-One Led Solar Powered Street Lights In Osubi Airport, Osubi And Nigerian Airport Base, Jeddo In Okpe Local Government Area.
2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from the Department of Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Urban Renewal Asaba upon non-refundable payment of the prescribed fee.
3. Tenders must be accompanied by the following:
i. Evidence of registration as a contractor with the delta state contractor with delta state contracts registration board
ii. Evidence of registration with the CAC
iii. Evidence of valid tax clearance certificate for three years
iv. Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises
v. Evidence of payment of tender fee of N150,000.00 for the project
vi. Evidence of professional/technical qualification
vii. Evidence of financial capability/bank statement
viii. Evidence of similar previous job executed
ix. Evidence of valid DSIR Card/utility Bills,
x. Evidence of registration with DSCHC,
xi. Evidence of memorandum article of association
xii. Statutory Returns including Audited Accounts for last 3 years
xiii. State your completion period
xiv. Affidavit of verification/declaration of non-conflict of interest must be included by winning bidder.
xv. Warranty of goods purchased must be included by winning bidders.
4. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the site before tendering. For this purpose, Tenderers should contact the Director Planning, Research and Statistics of the Ministry of Urban Renewal.
5. All tenders documents should be in six copies each, together with completer BOQ should be put in a wax sealed envelope addressed to:

6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.
7. All tender document should be delivered to:

8. Tenderers should note that the board in considering the tenders would be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
9. Late bids after 18th October, 2024 will be rejected.
10. Tenders will be opened at 10.00am 1st November 2024 in the presence of bids bearers who choose to be present at the Conference Room, Ministry Of Urban Renewal, Asaba
