EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SOUVENIR
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; GIAE InACC EU/BMZ. Co-financed by the European Union (EU) and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) of Germany, would like to procure “Souvenir) with the following minimum specifications:
- 320 pics of Customized Backpack
- 320 pics of Customized T-Shirt
- 320 pics of Customized Cap
- 320 pics of Customized Hardback Jotter
- 320 pics of Customized power banks (30,000mAH)
- 320 pics of Customized Pen
- 320 pics of Customized keyholder
- 320 pics of Customized Water Flask (1litre)
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria and ECOWAS Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. An official letter expressing interest.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area on electronic equipment.
d. A Bank Introductory letter not later than 2 months.
e. Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years clearly indicating (minimum) average turnover per year of 25,000,000 naira (as applicable) for: 2019,2020,2021 or more recent.
f. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of printing/branding/stationeries) with values that add up to minimum of 25,000,000 naira. Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
