REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR A GUEST HOUSE
A National Examination body based in Lagos invites proposals from experienced facility management companies to run its newly completed 24-room EXECUTIVE LODGE situated at 24, Mcneil Street, Yaba.
SCOPE
1. The Facility Manager will be required to fully take on the management of the Executive Lodge. This means that it will be solely responsible for the recruitment of personnel for the day-to-day running of the facility as well as the proper maintenance of the property.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Interested organizations or individuals should submit the following;
- A detailed proposal outlining relevant experience and approach to be adopted.
- CVs of key personnel who will be involved in the management.
- Evidence of previous hotel/facilities management, particularly in Nigeria.
- Financial proposal
