REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI) FOR THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY PROFESSIONAL STAFFING SERVICES

1. OVERVIEW

The global services unit of Management Science for Health, which operates out of the Nigeria Country Office, is seeking temporary staffing solutions.
Therefore, the purpose of this REOI is to invite duly qualified firms who have the capacity to support MSH’s needs to for short-term/temporary workers to indicate their interest in participating in a solicitation process to provide these services to MSH. The successful firm will be considered on a retainer basis for a specified period.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
MSH requires the provision of temporary professional staffing for a period. The firm will provide us with qualified professionals who will deliver specified assignments for specified durations. The respondent(s) will provide candidates for temporary placement in speciality areas that will include but are not limited to, accounting, operations and procurement services. The temporary worker(s) deployed will work based on a hybrid work arrangement (physical/remote as required).
Management Science for Health hereby invites eligible companies to indicate their interest in providing the above-mentioned services.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- A profile of your organization detailing:
- Description of the organization, date of establishment, number of employees, organogram, etc.
- Company registration documentation, including CAC incorporation certificates/business licenses i.e. forms CAC1, CAC2 and CAC7.
- Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022 and 2023).
- Contact information, including physical office address, telephone numbers, contact person, email address, company website, social media handles, etc.
- A cover letter listing their relevant institutional clients and experience in terms of similar assignments jobs executed/under execution in the last five (5) years.
- A list of all services offered.
- Valid Tax registration and tax clearance certificate 2021-2023
4. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Interested bidders should submit all the required documentation in line with the eligibility requirements detailed above on or before 21st October 2024 at 10:00 am (Nigerian Time) to MSH Procurement team via the following email address globaltenders@msh.org
Note: use the REOI title as the subject of your email i.e. REOI for the provision of Temporary Professional Staffing Services
Please note that the firm deadline for submission of all indicated documents is 21st October 2024 at 10:00 am (Nigerian Time), late submission will not be accepted.
