INVITATION FOR BID FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

1. INTRODUCTION
The office of the Head of Service, in line with Yobe State Public Procurement Law (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable contractors with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for:

2. SCOPE OF WORK
CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE CDIFICC (STORY BUILDING) FOR THE FOLLOWING AGENCIES.

• BUREAU ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT (BPP)
• FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY BOARD
• EASE OF DOING BUSINESS
• PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP)

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT.

• Evidence of certificate of incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
• Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022 & 2023)
• Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years 2021, 2022, 2023
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of financial capability to execute the project including reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
• Evidence of registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement

4. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Permanent Secretary, Public Service.

5. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to SSG Yobe State clearly marked tender Document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 31th October 2024.

6. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N100,000.00)

7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representative at the conference hall of the office of the Head of Service by 12:00 noon on the 31th October 2024.
