ISOKO SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT, DELTA STATE
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF VARIOUS PROJECTS
Tenders are hereby invited from reputable registered contractors with Isoko South Local Government for the execution of projects listed below.
1. List of projects
i. New Council Secretariat Building
ii. Renovation of six (6) classroom building at Ikpide Primary School Ikpide-Irri.
iii. Renovation of Oleh main market stores Oleh
iv. Renovation of Umeh Primary health Care Centre Umeh.
v. Rehabilitation of Emede/Igbide Road
vi. Renovation of Uzere Community Town Hall Uzere
vii. Purchase and supply of official vehicles
viii. Rehabilitation and equipping of the Council’s I.C.T Centre
ix. Renovation and building of official quarters.
x. Construction of Council internal roads at the secretariat
xi. Supplies of school/desk and chair for primary school
xii. Renovation of James Ekpre Otobo hall
xiii. Rehabilitation of failed section of roads in Isoko South
xiv. Fencing of Emede Primary Health Centre
xv. Rehabilitation and equipping of Health Centre Isoko South
xvi. Supply and installation of solar street lights in Isoko South
xvii. Renovation of selected markets in Isoko South
xviii. Furnishing and supplies of office equipment.
2. Requirement for qualifications and tendering
i. Evidence of registration as a contractor with Isoko South Local Government
ii. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commissions
iii. Evidence of valid tax clearance certificate for the past three years.
iv. Evidence of professional/technical qualification
v. Evidence of jobs previously executed in similar fields
vi. Tenders are advised to visit and inspect document of the various projects showing the drawings, specification / bills of engineering measurement and evaluation of the respective projects, between 8.00 am to 4.00 pm on Monday – Friday in the office of the Head of Works before tendering.
vii. Tenders should be submitted to the undersigned in wax-sealed envelopes with the project title clearly marked at the top left hand corner addressed to
