INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
Lagelu Local Government invites interested, experienced and reputable Contractors to submit tenders/bids for the following Projects:
LOT 1: Construction of Akobo Tricycle (Maruwa) and Motorcycle (Okada) park at General Gas Area, Akobo, Ibadan.
LOT 2: Construction of Akobo Micra (Taxi) and Tricycle (Maruwa) Park at General Area, Akobo, Ibadan.
2. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Prospective Bidders are expected to possess the following:
i. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission and Lagelu Local Government as a Contractor;
ii. Evidence of payment of Tax for the last three (3) consecutive years with FIRS TIN;
iii. Evidence of previous experience on similar jobs executed;
iv. Verifiable evidence of financial capability of the company to undertake such project i.e. Performance Bond/Reference Letter from a reputable financial Institution (Commercial Bank or Insurance Firm);
v. Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee into the coffers of the Local Government;
vi. Any other relevant information that could assist in determining the firm’s suitability for the job.
3. Contract details and job specification of the projects are available for inspection in the Office of the Director of Works of the Local Government during official hours.
4. SUBMISSION/OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
All interested contractors should submit their tenders/bids (marked as LOT 1 or LOT 2) within Fourteen (14) days of this public notice to the undersigned, as late entry shall not be considered.
5. Further, the Local Government owes no tender/bidder any explanation or apology if his or her tender/bid is not finally chosen.
