GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR 2023-2024 (MERGED) TERTIARY EDUCATION TRUST FUND (TETFUND) ANNUAL INTERVENTION PROJECTS
1. INTRODUCTION
The Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos hereby issues General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public that the University is to undertake the procurement of Works and Goods under the Years 2023-2024 (Merged) Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Tetfund) Annual Intervention projects.
2. SCOPE OF WORKS
- LOT 1: Construction of One Suspended Floor School of Tourism, Firm, Performing Arts, and Cultural Studies Building
3. Interested and eligible contractors, Suppliers and vendors are advised to look out for the Specific Procurement Notice for the various Works mentioned above in the Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies and Notice Boards.
4. The advertisement is NOT an Invitation to Tender.
5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
Note that the bid document will be evaluated on the responsiveness to the criteria including but not limited to:
i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7.
ii. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2023;
iii. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023;
iv. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023
v. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023;
vi. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2023;
vii. Documents submitted shall be subjected to due diligence without recourse to bidders.
viii. The Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 on matters regarding these Procurement without incurring any liability to the bidder.
