INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
1. Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the project below:
(i) REHABILITATION OF IDUMU-ODAFE/ISHEKPE ROAD IN ANIOCHA SOUTH LGA
2. Tender Application forms and Documents are to be collected from the Office of the Secretary, Ministerial tenders Board, Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads, upon payment of non-refundable prescribed fee as contained in paragraph 3:i-xi below:
3. i) Evidence of Registration as contractor with the Delta State Government;
ii) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii) Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv) Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises, utilities Bill etc.;
v) Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N150,000.00 into any Government Treasury Cash office nearest to you;
vi) Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N250,000.00 into Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads;
vii) Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications:
viii) Evidence of Financial capability;
ix) Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
x) Evidence of DSIR Card;
xi) Memorandum/Articles of Association;
xii) Statutory Returns including Audited Accounts for last 3 years; and
4. Tenders are advised to visit and inspect the site before tendering for this purpose; tenders should contact the Direct Planning, Research, and Statistics of the Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads for guidance.
5. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with completed Bills of Quantities, should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to:
The Secretary,
Ministerial Tenders board,
Ministry of Works; Asaba.
6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.
7. All Tender Documents should be delivered to:
The Secretary,
Ministerial Tenders board,
Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads; Asaba.
8. Tenders should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
9. Late bid after Friday 27th December, 2024 by 12 noon, will be rejected.
10. Tenders will be opened at 10.00am Monday 30th December, 2024 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders’ representatives who choose to be present at the Conference hall, ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads, Asaba.
