RE: INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION (CORRIGENDUM)
1. With reference to the Invitation for Prequalification notice published in Federal Tenders Journal, Peoples Daily and Blueprint Newspapers on 25th November 2024, the attention of the public and prospective bidders is drawn to the following amendments:
2. The Heading of the Tenders Notice shall be read as “INVITATION TO TENDER”.
3. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement Department, Facility and Stadia management Building, on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per Lot, paid into the National Sports Commission’s Remita account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria
4. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
4.1 All bidders should submit Two Hard Copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids with Soft Copy of Financial Bid only in two sealed envelopes clearly labeled “TECHNICAL” “FINANCIAL”, marked with the Company Name, Address and Lot Numbers of projects bided for.
4.2 All bidders must fill the bid submission Register while submitting their Technical and Financial Tenders in the Tender’s box in the Office of the Deputy Director (Procurement), Procurement Department, Facility and Stadia management Building, National Sports Commission, Moshood Abiola national Stadium Abuja, FCT.
4.3 All documents should be addressed to:

4.4 The deadline for submission is now 12:00 noon, Monday, 23rd December, 2024.
5. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS
Only the technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 23rd December, 2024, at the FASD Conference Room of the National Sports Commission, Moshhod Abiola national Stadium, Abuja, FCT.
6. All other information in the original advertisement remains valid.
