1. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Plateau State Potato Value Chain Support Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Spot Improvement of 21.5km Rural Roads in Plateau State. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing.
2. The Plateau State Potato Value Chain Support Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for roads works as follows:

3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (National) OCB procedures as specified in the Bank’s Procurement Policy for Bank Financed Operations (October 2015) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document from the address below during office hours i.e. 0900 to 1700 hours.
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand naira (N100,000.00) only. The method of payment shall be by Bank Draft or direct transfer only in favour of

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December 17, 2024 by 12:00 noon. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on December 17, 2024, at 12:30 pm.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securities as indicated in the paragraph (2) above.
