REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)
SUBJECT: SUPPLY OF MATE PHONE AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

Background: 
MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is a social enterprise established in Nigeria in 2009 and is a leading provider of family planning and a range of contraceptive options to women, girls, and families across the 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT. With a mission to ensure children by choice not chance, MSI Nigeria envisions a world where every birth is wanted. Through collaborations with government at the national, state, and community levels, MSI Nigeria offers accessible and comprehensive reproduction healthcare services using operational approaches, such as Marie Stopes Medical Centres, community outreach teams, public sector strengthening support, and a toll-free contact centre. 

Description of requirements:
MSI Nigeria is inviting Expression of Interest (EOIs) from eligible suppliers for supply of the items below:

Price quoted should include all statutory deductions of 5% WHT and MSI Nigeria makes payment for completed transactions within 21 days. 
Delivery Location: Plot 59 Anthony Enahoro Street, off Okonjo-Iweala Road, Utako District, FCT, Abuja, Nigeria. 

Potential Suppliers: 

  • LOT 1 is addressed to vendors with branding and supply of promotional items with requisite capacity. Applicable due diligence shall be carried out on successful vendor before award. 
  • LOT 2 is addressed to certified authorized Samsung Partners and major distributors with all the relevant maintenance and after sales services. Applicable due diligence shall be carried out on successful vendor before award. 

Submission of EOI:
Quotation, Company Profile, Corporate Capability (copies of Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association CAC Form C02 and C07), Status Report, Evidence of tax clearance for 2020-2023, Evidence as a certified Samsung Partner (MATE PHONE) and should be submitted to: MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices Nigeria, Plot 59 Anthony Enahoro Street, off Okonjo-Iweala Road, Utako District, FCT, Abuja, Nigeria.  

All documentation should not exceed 25 pages as this will be strictly adhered to during selection process.
