This is Addenda 1 to the issued Request for Proposal Document with reference number NG-ID4D-PIU-24-28 for the Design, Supply, Commissioning, Migration, Support and Maintenance of the NIMS 2.0 Information System that was issued to prospective proposers on 9″ December 2024.
The Addendum is issued to amend the following information under the specified Clauses:

Replace:

Replace “5,000,000,000.00” with “5,000,000.00”
4. Section III: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria – Qualification -1.4.3 (c), Specific Experience: MOSIP Implementation Experience
Replace “Demonstrated experience in implementing at least one contract involving the Modular Open-Source Identity Platform (MOSIP). Provide project references; Team profiles of personnel who have worked on MOSIP-related projects; and Certifications related to MOSIP Implementations”
With “An existing “technology” and “commercial” partnership agreement with MOSIP to demonstrate MOSIP compliance”.”
