REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A FULL FEASIBILITY STUDY, BUSINESS PLAN, AND CONCEPTUAL DESIGNS FOR THE NRCS SHOPPING MALL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT NO. 1 GARDEN STREET, CALABAR, CROSS RIVER STATE.
SUMMARY OF BRIEF
Proposals are being requested from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to conduct a full feasibility study, develop a business plan, and create conceptual designs for the NRCS Shopping Mall Development Project in Calabar, Cross River state.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Introduction
The Nigerian Red Cross Society (NRCS) is a humanitarian organization that provides assistance to vulnerable people in Nigeria. The NRCS is seeking to enhance its financial sustainability by venturing into income-generating activities. One such activity is the development of a shopping mall in Calabar, Cross River State.
Project Background
The proposed NRCS Shopping Mall Development Project in Calabar is envisioned as a modern, multi-purpose shopping center that will cater to the needs of the growing urban population in Calabar. The shopping mall will be situated on a plot of land owned by the NRCS in a prime location with easy access to major roads and public transportation.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL
Eligible Consultant(s) should submit technical and financial proposals in hard copy format. Proposals should also include:
Statement of relevant experience i.e., similar assignments executed in/under execution in the last five years.Copy of Company Profile.Indication of availability to conduct the consultancy service during the period between February 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024.
Technical and Financial proposals with supporting documents such as CVs are to be attached as an appendix.
