Delivery Expectation

Submission of quotation/Clarification
Interested individuals or entities are requested to submit their company profile including address and registration with the quotation and all the required information listed below.

The quotation must be in Nigeria (NGN) and signed by an authorized representative of the bidding or individual.
The vehicle(s) must be available for independent inspection.

All documents required by this RFQ must be received in the dedicated email nigeria.quotations@tearfund.org. Not later than 2:00PM (Nigeria Time) on Friday January 17th, 2025.
Tearfund reserves the right to vary part of this RFQ at the time of award if it becomes necessary.
Tearfund is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted, but chrges Withholding Tax (WTH) in compliance with Relevant Nigeria Tax Laws.
Tearfund designee will answer any questions up to 2:00pm on Friday January 17th, 2025 in relation to this RFQ; hence any request for clarification should be addressed to Philip.hyelda@tearfund.org
