INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

Tudunwada Local Government Council of Kano State hereby invites interested competent and reputable contractors who have experience in construction projects to submit their relevant documents of expression of interest in the following proposed projects.

  1. Construction of classroom blocks with office and store at all 11 wards.
  2. Construction of drainage and Culverts at various locations in 11 wards.
  3. Construction of Islamiya schools blocks at different locations.
  4. Construction of multipurpose town hall at Tudunwada Town.
  5. Construction of general store at Tudun Wada Town.
  6. Construction of 5 daily prayer mosques at various locations.
  7. Construction of modern Women Centres at Tudunwada, Nata’ala and Burum Burum.
  8. General Renovation of L.G Secretariat.
  9. Renovation of the L.G schools in 11 wards.
  10. Renovation and repairs of 11 Mosques at various locations of the LGA
  11. Construction of new Boreholes at 11 wards of the local government
  12. Renovation of some selected PhCs in 11 Wards.
  13. Construction of PHC centre at Saban gari Ward in T/Wada.
  14. Construction/Rehabilitation and Repairs of feeder roads/roads at various locations in 11 wards.
  15. Renovation of zonal education office T/W zone.
  16. General renovation of T/W Local Education Authority Secretariat (L.E.A)
  17. Construction and Installation of solar Street light at different locations.
  18. Procurement of house at T/D town.
  19. Procurement of motor vehicles/Council Bus.
  20. Procurement and inspection Vehicle Van.
  21. Procurement of transformers at different locations in 11 wards.
  22. Construction of transformers at different locations in 11 Wards.
  23. Construction of residential building, 4 NO Staffs Quarters at T/W L.G Secretariat.
  24. Construction/provision of L.G Chairman and D.P.O house at T/Wada Town.
  25. Construction/provision of water facilities in 11 wards of the L.G.
  26. Procurement of motor cycles to security and Inspection of projects.
  27. Procurement/purchase of house for medical health staff at T/Wada Town.
  28. Construction/provision and upgrading of existing Hospitals health centres.

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Prospective contractors must satisfy all the required and necessary Pre-qualification conditions, criteria and procedures laid down by all the relevant authorities.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All eligible contractors/companies must submit their pre-qualification documents in sealed envelopes and boldly marked Construction of (NAME OF THE PROJECT) and should forward it to the office of the DPM TUDUNWADA Local Government Council, Kano State to reach his office within ONE week from the date of this publication.
