EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF PSYCHOTROPIC MEDICATIONS TO 20 HEALTH FACILITIES IN GWOZA, KONDUGA, JERE AND MAIDUGURI METROPOLITAN COUNCIL, BORNO STATE

WOMEN IN THE NEW NIGERIA AND YOUTH EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE (WINN) in partnership with Christoffel Blinden Mission (CBM) GFFO requesting for expression of interest for the supply of psychotropic medications this includes the following (Cabamazapine 200mg tab, amitriptyline 25mg tab, phenobabiton 30mg tab, Benzhexol 5mg tab, risperidone 2mg tab and haloperidone 5mg tab) across project locations in 4 LGAs of Borno state.

Project Title: Disabilities Inclusion in the Humanitarian Action for displaced population and host communities in the sector of health and protection in West and Central Africa (DIHA) project

Submission Requirement:
The expression of interest should contain the following documents

  1. Soft copy of company profile.
  2. Bank reference letter.
  3. An official letter expressing interest on your letter headed paper.
  4. Tax clearance certificate for the last fiscal year clearly indicating the minimum average turn-over per year.
  5. Copy of FIRS print out of tax identification number (TIN).
  6. Vendor should be registered with
  7. Evidence of supply of similar items to other organizations.
  8. Closing date for expression of interest 10th, January 2025.
  9. Closing date for submission of bid 14, January 2025.

Interested company should submit their letter of expression of interest and relevant documents to:
