  2. Assets are sold on ‘AS-IS, WHERE IS’ basis.
  3. Asking price is provided as a guide. Consideration will be given to bids on nearest offer (ONO).
  4. We recommend viewing on assets in their respective locations prior to bidding.
  5. Site visits must be coordinated, in advance, through the help channels listed below.
  6. To affirm your commitment, and where applicable, you will be required to remit the refundable bid security deposit for at least 1 asset (NGN 100,000) prior to undertaking site visits. Contact us to be provided with the bank account details.
