Quality Assurance
- The quality of items will be evaluated based on provided specifications, certifications, and feedback from sample reviews (if applicable).
- Items must be durable, user-friendly, and suitable for their intended vocational use.
- Suppliers must demonstrate adherence to ethical procurement guidelines, including the use of ethically sourced and safe materials.
- Suppliers offering warranties or guarantees for their products will be given preference, as this demonstrates a commitment to quality and after-sales support.
Pre-qualification Requirement
- Vendors can submit their offers to any number of lots they are interested in. Bidders should submit their offers for different lots separately.
- Application Letter on company letter-headed paper.
- Company profile with verifiable addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses.
- Evidence of Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration
- Evidence of TIN and photocopy of Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Evidence of past performance
All requested documentation will only be accepted in soft copy, submitted to
procurement@findef.org. Completed application duly signed, and stamped, along with the requested supporting documents must reach FINDEF in soft copy, no later than 23 March 2025 (1600 hours local time), by email via procurement@findef.org. No application will be attended to after the
deadline.
Disclaimer
The bidders shall bear all costs associated with preparing and submitting the tender/application. Such costs cannot be recovered from FINDEF by the bidder. Also, FINDEF is not under any obligation to consider any tender submitted, and FINDEF reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the tender without informing the bidders.
