EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 50KVA DIESEL ENGINE GENERATOR
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; Digital Transformation Center – DTC. Co-financed by the European Union (EU) and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) of Germany, would like to procure “50KVA Diesel Engine Generator with the following minimum specifications:
- 1-unit of 50KVA Diesel Engine Generator
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria and ECWAS Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. An official letter expressing interest.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area on Generator sales.
d. ABank Introductory letter not later than 2 months.
e. Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years clearly indicating (minimum) average turnover per year of 25,000,000 naira (as applicable) for: 2020,2021,2022 or more recent.
f. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of Generator) with values that add up to minimum of 25,000,000 naira. Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
