EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF IT, ELECTRONIC AND MEDIA EQUIPMENT

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; OD (ECOWAS). Co-financed by ECOWAS and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) of Germany, would like to procure “IT, Electronic and Media Equipment) with the following minimum specifications:

  • 1 Unit of FE 16-35mm f/2.8 GM II Lens with 82mm filter kit (Lot 5)
  • 1 Unit of Sony FE 35mm f/1.4 GM Lens (Lot 6)
  • 1 Unit FE 50mm f/1.4 GM Lens (Sony E) (Lot 7)
  • 3 Units of Studio removal C-stand with turtle base and Grip Arm kit 10.5″ (Lot 8)
  • 5 Units of Detachable Professional cameras rapid-system carbon fiber tripod with SVH15 fluid Head 75mm (Lot 9)
  • 1 Unit of Portable travel video tripod kit live video head (Lot 10)
  • 2 Units of Radio Frequency studio 220w LED Moonlight RGB COB LED Video Light (Lot 11)
  • 3 Unit of Impact Heavy-Duty Air Cushioned light stand black (Lot 12)

  • 2 Units of Next-Generation Native Vertical Shooting Mirrorless camera shooter Gimbal Stabilizer combo (Lot 16)
  • 2 Units of Mini V-Mount small Rig-Battery Mount 99wh (Lot 17)
  • 4 Units of 256GB professional 2000x UHS-II SDXC High integrity memory card (Lot 18)
  • 3 Unit of 5TB double padded portable USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 external storage drive (Lot 19)
  • 2 Units of 8TB Expansion high integrity Desktop USB 3.0 external hard drive (Lot 20)
  • 2 Units of 4TB double padded shield portable SSD black (Lot 21)

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria and ECOWAS Office with the following:

a. Comprehensive company profile

b. An official letter expressing interest.

c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area on IT, Electronic and Media Equipments.

d. A Bank Introductory letter not later than 2 months.

e. Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years clearly indicating (minimum) average turnover per year of 25,000,000 naira (as applicable) for: 2020,2021,2022 or more recent.

f. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply of IT, Electronic and Media Equipment) with values that add up to minimum of 25,000,000 naira. Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
