NOTE:
i. All quotations should be submitted through the procurement email procurement@dpcmaiduguri.org or before 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, February 20th, 2025. Quotations received after this date and time will NOT be considered.
ii. Vendors are only allowed to apply for ONE LOT.
iii. The RFQ Ref. Number MUST be the subject of the e-mail.
iv. Use your Company’s Letterhead for the Quotation.
v. The quotation price should be sent to JDPC Maiduguri.
vi. The product and model must have all the specifications.
vii. A purchase order will be awarded to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be the best-evaluated bid and is substantially responsive to the bidding documents.
viii. In the case of arithmetical error (e.g., discrepancy between unit and total price), the unit price shall prevail, and the total shall be corrected. Similarly, any discrepancy between a total corresponding to the submitted in hard copy on a pre-printed vendor performa or vendor letterhead.
Terms and Conditions:
Please provide the following information in your quotation.
- Evidence of registration with CAC.
- Evidence of current tax clearance (from 2023 to date).
- Evidence of similar supply completed.
- Lead Time 5 working days.
- Price validity, the unit price specified should be valid for a minimum period of three (3) months.
- Acceptance of JDPC Maiduguri payment terms; 100% payment to be made within 30 days after delivery and counter signature of goods received note confirming acceptance.
- Date of quotation, signature, and stamp of legally authorized signatory.
- A 2% withholding tax will be deducted from the total money.
JSPC reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all quotations at any time before the contract or award of Purchase/Job Order of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Supplier(s) or any obligation to inform the affected supplier(s) of the ground for the JDPC.
