GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR YEAR TERTIARY EDUCATION TRUST FUND (TETFUND) INTERVENTION FOR LIBRARY DEVELOPMENT AND YEAR 2024 TERTIARY EDUCATION TRUST FUND (TETFUND) SCHOLARSHIP ACADEMIC STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ALLOCATION
1. INTRODUCTION
Lagos State University of Education Lagos (formerly Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education), Oto/Ijanikin in keeping with its mandate of catering for pre-service training and the Furtherance of the acquisition of knowledge and research in teacher education and allied fields, and in compliance with the Public Procurement Act, 2007 hereby notify interested, reputable and Competent contractors, Suppliers/service providers with good track record of prompt delivery of related projects of year TETFUND projects.
2. SCOPE OF WORKS

Lot Description Lot 1 Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Solar Energy Hybrid Inverters for the Schools of (a) Science, (b) Vocational & Technical, (c) Educational and the 300-Seater Lecture Theatre
3. Interested and eligible contractors, suppliers and vendors are advised to look out for the specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the various goods mentioned above in the Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies and Notice Boards.
4. The advertisement is NOT an Invitation to Tender.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
Bid shall be evaluated based on criteria including but not limited to:
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)including Form CAC1.1 or CAC2 and CAC7;
b. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2023;
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2024 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above);
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2024 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 5 and above or the bidder’s annual turnover is N50m and above);
e. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2024;
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2024 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
g. For Supply of Equipment: Letter of Authorization as representative of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs);
h. For Motor Vehicle’s procurement: Only companies included in the National Automotive Design and Development Council’s approved list of local manufacturers of vehicles or their authorized representatives should bid for the Vehicles;
i. Works: List of Plants/Equipment with proof of ownership/Lease Agreement.
4. PLEASE NOTE
Lagos State University of Education reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding this Procurement without incurring any liability to the bidder.
