INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HYBRID SOLAR INSTALLATION (SOLAR PV + LITHIUM BATTERIES) IN MSF-OCA GUMMI PROJECT LOCATED IN ZAMFARA STATE, NIGERIA

MSF OCA would like to invite interested construction companies to request a tender package in order to construct a Hybrid solar installation (solar PV + Lithium batteries) in MSF-OCA Gummi project located in Zamfara state, Nigeria.
MSF Gummi Project addresses malnutrition in Zamfara State, operating a comprehensive healthcare facility within the MOH General Hospital. Our services include an Inpatient Therapeutic Feeding Center (ITFC), High Dependency Unit (HDU), laboratory, and isolation wards for measles, cholera etc.
Additionally, we maintain a warehouse and project office to support our operations.
All above mentioned wards, warehouse, office and MSF guesthouse will need to be connected to the solar grid. Included in the tender will be solar panel brackets and an electrical room for lithium batteries.
In order to be considered eligible for tender, bidders must have completed at least five (5) projects of comparable complexity in the last Five (5) years. MSF could request for a visit and get in contact with the client.
Requested documents
To be considered for the tender package we need to have received the following documents:
A. Company fact sheet/brochure.
B. Project list of at least three projects of comparable complexity in the last two years, including:
- pictures
- Location
- Gross floor area
- Client contact information
C. Valid TIN number and proof of registration as a construction company under Nigerian law.

Only soft (digital) copies will be accepted, please do not submit hard copies directly to MSF office.
