Further to the invitation for Bids referenced above issued on the 6th February 2025 in the Daily Sun, Guardian, Daily Trust Newspapers, UNDB websites, the ID4D Project wishes to notify all the Bidders who have purchased the Request for Bid (RfB) Document and other interested Bidders that this Addendum is issued as follows:
  2. The Project Implementation Unit of the Nigeria Digital Identification for Development (ID4D) Project has extended the close of submission of the Bids as follows:

  1. The Pre-Bid Conference earlier scheduled for 27th February 2025, 10 AM at K-Class Hotel, Sokode Crescent, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, will now take place on the 6th March 2025, at the same time and at the same venue.
  2. The request for Bid document in English Language may still be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira or 15 USD. The method of payment will be by direct payment to the following account details. The documents will be sent by email.
