REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
PROJECT TITLE: INSTALLATION OF STARLINK FOR NIGERIAN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY CORPORATION (NESCO) NIGERIA LIMITED, BUKURU, JOS SOUTH, PLATEAU STATE NIGERIA
INTRODUCTION
NESCO (NIGERIA) LIMITED currently has communications issues at most of her power stations which has greatly affected operations and monitoring within its franchise area due to weak/absence of mobile network coverage at these remote locations viz: Kurra falls, Ankwil 1, Ankwil 2, Jekko 1, Jekko 2, Kwall, Bukuru, Keffi Abu and Barkin Ladi. Additionally, internet connection in these locations will aid monitoring as real-time monitoring on surveillance cameras, remote transmission of machine parameters directly from the machines using suitable devices, remote shut-down/start-up of machines and SCADA implementation at these stations.
In view of the above, NNL in order to meet up with current realities and to provide its customers with more efficient and reliable services, seeks to appoint consultants/vendors for the above-mentioned project which are aimed to providing broadband WAN connectivity and local area network (LAN) and IP Voice Connectivity for the interconnection of NESCO Power stations, dams, and substations and Head office for human and machine interface.

REQUIREMENTS/ELIGIBILITY
a. Specifically, applicants for any of the Lots as stated above should include hard and soft (3 copies each) of their offer in line with requirements of this RFP, clearly stating the project proposed.
b. All other requirements and bidding instruction shall be found in the bidding documents.
c. The proposal shall be submitting in 2 (two) parts one marked ‘Technical Proposal and the other marked ‘Financial Proposal’
Submission of the requirements above should be clearly labeled as “Submission of Proposal for INSTALLATION OF STARLINK FOR NIGERIAN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY CORPORATION (NESCO) NIGERIA LIMITED, BUKURU, JOS SOUTH, PLATEAU STATE NIGERIA”. This is a prerequisite for onward collection and processing of the bidding documents. It must be boldly addressed and delivered to the following on or before 21st March, 2025 at 17:00 hours:
