About AHSF
Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization founded in 2012 by young researchers. It was incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT/91613) in 2016. Existing since October 2016, AHSF focuses on improving the quality of life of vulnerable populations across communities in the Northeast, North-central, Northwest, and Southwest of Nigeria. AHSF operates in an emergency and developmental context and has
its program principally rooted in identifying gaps that affect vulnerable populations and bridging those gaps through resource-based planning and implementation.
AHSF has experience working with various partners, implementing Nutrition, FSL, WASH, Protection / GBV, and Health.
Objectives and Background
Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF) is conducting a process for pre-qualified suppliers and contractors for the provision of goods and services, which is listed below. Current suppliers and service providers who wish to be retained in the register are also advised to apply.

This process is for the period of March 2025 to February 2027.
Pre-qualification Criteria:
i. Company profile, including name, verifiable address, active telephone numbers, active email addresses in the name of the company, and the organization’s administrative structure.
ii. Evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (i.e.,
Certificate of Incorporation; forms CAC2 and CAC 7, Article and Memo of Incorporation).
iii. Tax Identification Number (TIN) with evidence of tax remittance (Tax Clearance Certificate) for the last three years.
iv. Evidence of VAT registration with evidence of VAT remittance.
v. Evidence of bank account in the name of the company/business entity

- Organizations or consultants who are interested in taking part in the next solicitation process should send the necessary paperwork to the email address shown below as attached files.
