INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION

THIS IS TO INVITE SUITABLE QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE FOLLOWING LIST OF INTENDED PROJECTS AS FOLLOWS:-

  1. Construction of Class Room across the 10 Wards
  2. Construction of Class Room block across the 10 Wards
  3. Construction of Dispensary climc across the 10 Wards.
  4. Construction of Islamiyya Class Room blocks across the 10 Wards.
  5. Construction of Five daily prayer mosque across the 10 Wards.
  6. General renovation/Papers of Bagwai Clinic/ABBAS Basic Health care Center.
  7. General renovation/Construction of Additional Office at Local government Secretariat and Staffs Quarters.
  8. Construction of Iron temporary shade across the 10 Wards.
  9. Construction/Rehabilitation shade across the 10 Wards.
  10. Construction of 6 Seater Caterite Toilet at Government premises.
  11. Construction of Drainages and Culverts.
  12. General renovation of Bagwai central Mosque.
  13. Procurement/supply of official Vehicles
  14. Construction of tarred Feeder road.
  15. Rehabilitation of Road across the L.G.A
  16. Construction of Marcaniz Bore holes and hand pump bore holes across the L.G.A
  17. Purchase of transformer across the 10 Wards.
  18. Electrification repairs across the 10 Ward’s.
  19. Purchase of Land/Land compensation.
  20. Extension of Distribution water pipe line from Bagwai to Gadanya.
  21. Construction of Kwankwasiyya Class Room block across the 10 Wards.
  22. Construction of Bagwai Modern Market.
  23. Articulation of Handpump to Solar system across the L.G.A.

PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST SATISFY ALL THE REQUIRED AND NECESSARY PRE-QUALIFICATION CONDITIONS, CRITERIA AND PROCEDURES LAID DOWN BY ALL THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES.

SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
ALL PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS OF EITHER OF THE ABOVE PROJECT ARE DELIVERED ON OR BEFORE 2 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE IN SEALED ENVELOPES AND BOLDLY MARKED PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER AND ADDRESS TO THE DPM BAGWAI LOCAL GOVERNMENT KANO.
