INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
1. Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified companies to execute the projects listed below:
i. CONSTRUCTION OF BEATRICE NWAYINDU STREET WITH A SPUR TO ALERO ESTATE ROAD & S.A EDAFIENENE CLOSE, OFF SIR OGAGIFO STREET ASABA, IN OSHIMILI SOUTH LGA.
2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from the Office of the Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, Ministry Of Rural And Riverine Roads, Asaba, upon payments of non-refundable prescribed fee as contained in 3: i-xii below:
3. i) Evidence of Registration as a Contractor with the Delta State Government;
ii) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii) Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv) Verifiable contact address of Business Office (s) premises, Utilities Bill etc;
v) Evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N250,000.00 into any Government treasury Cash office nearest to you;
vi) Evidence of payment of non-refundable deposit of N180,000.00 into Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads;
vii) Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
viii) Evidence of Financial capability;
ix) Evidence of previous jobs successfully executed;
x) Evidence of DSIR Card;
xi) Memorandum/Articles of Association;
xii) Statutory Returns including Audited Accounts for last 3 years; and
4. Tenderers are advised to visit and inspect the sites before tendering for this purpose; tenderers should contact the Director, Planning, Research & Statistics of the Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads for guidance.
5. All Tender documents which should be in two copies each, together with the completed Bills of Quantities, should be put in a wax-sealed envelope addressed to :

6. The project title should be clearly marked at the top left hand corner of the envelope.
7. All Tender Documents should be delivered to

8. Tenderers should note that the Board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder.
9. Late bids after Monday, 24th March, 2025 by 12noon, will be rejected.
10. Tenders will be opened at 10.00a.m, Tuesday, 25th March, 2025 in the presence of Bidders or Bidders’ representatives who choose to be present at the Conference Hall, Ministry of Rural and Riverine Roads, Asaba.
