INVITATION TO TENDER FOR CLEANING COMPANY SERVICE

INTRODUCTION
Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD) is a registered non-profit organization with the corporate affairs commission, in accordance with the Nigerian Law, FRAD work in both humanitarian and development sector to build the resilience of Vulnerable populations through our interventions in thematic areas of WASH, Nutrition, Protection, Education and early recovery and
livelihood. Over the years, FRAD has reached more than 19,000 children, men, women and girls through its various interventions. FRAD work with the Mission to build the Resilience of vulnerable populations using locally available solutions that ensure participation and bring meaningful development, leaving no one behind. Our Mission and Vision guides our programming to ensure no
one is left behind Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD).

This Terms of Reference (TOR) document defines the objectives, roles, responsibilities, and expectations for the proposed Cleaning Company.

OBJECTIVES
The Objective for this service is to engage a reliable and efficient cleaning Company to provide high quality top notch cleaning services for FRAD FOUNDATION office in Maiduguri Borno State, office premises and the whole office environment.

FRAD FOUNDATION is committed to providing a clean and safe work environment to meet all environmental rules and regulations to maintain our environment and office space through good hygiene practices to ensure all our Business activities are implemented in a clean and safe environment. The cleaning company will therefore provide the services of cleaning on daily basis to the FRAD FOUNDATION Office in Maiduguri, Borno State by ensuring adherence to all the organizations environmental policy and providing a top notch cleaning service.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Roles and Responsibilities
The cleaning company in respect to our objective above will provide the following Cleaning services:

Cleaning:

  1. Daily cleaning and tidying of the Office, premises, balcony, shared areas, walls and surfaces.
  2. Scrubbing of toilet walls and surfaces, cleaning of the toilets and toilet seat on a daily basis.
  3. Creating availability of cleaning materials for toilet and office use ( tissue, hand sanitizer, room freshener)
  4. Ensuring that the compound is clean and tidy on a daily basis and at all times.
  5. Watering of the flowers
  6. Pruning and trimming of the flowers
  7. General Sanitation at least once a month.

Garbage Disposal:

  1. Disposing of dustbins and also ensuring the trash can are regularly empty and clean.
  2. Regular cleaning of the Garbage trash can area to ensure that it’s free from harmful objects, insects and pest that will endanger the environment.
  3. Ensure the safety of all items and equipment for cleaning and storing them in a good manner to avoid endangering anyone.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

  1. The closing date of this tender is fixed on 28/03/2025 at 4:30 PM in FRAD Foundation Head office at the following address House No.348 Jamaina road, pompomari bypass, maiduguri, Borno state.
  2. Tenderer must fill, sign, stamp all attached documents
  3. The BOQ table should be fill and print it on the bidder’s letter head. The offer to the call for tender will not result in the award of a contract.
  4. The offer must be submitted to FRAD Foundation Security Desk on arrival department in a sealed envelope with the mention not to be opened before tender opening date.
  5. Unsealed envelope and late offers will not be considered.
  6. All documents submitted will be verified and company must be in full compliance with government regulations.
  7. Send email request for tender documents using the dented title and Number Tender/2024-2025/FRAD/040 to frad.procurement@fradfoundation.org
