INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
1. Oyo West Local Government, Ojongbodu, Oyo hereby invites reputable contractors to tender for Asphalt Improvement Modification of the following selected roads in Oyo township;
i. Fiditi to Oyo (old road) to Ajegunle 18.8km 9.4m width.
ii. Owode Junctionj to New Oyo 7.2km, 10.5m width.
iii. Isokun to Akesan Road, 1.5km, 8.0m width.
iv. Durbar – Akesan Road 1.97km, 9.0m width.
v. Akunlemu – Aafin Road 1.90km, 9.0m width.
vi. Bode – Ogbomoso Junction – Adesuba – Akesan Road, 2.1km, 7.3m width.
vii. Oke-Ebo – Agunpopo – Palace Road 1.95km, 7.3m width.
viii. Owoade Family’s Residence to Spinning Junction 0.23km, 7.0m width.
2. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
i. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission and Oyo West Local Government as a Contractor.
ii. Evidence of payment of Tax for the last Three (3) years with TIN.
iii. Evidence of Previous Experience on similar jobs executed.
iv. Verifiable evidence of financial capability of the company to undertake such project i.e. performance bond from a reputable financial institution (Commercial)
3. The submission of the tender is opened on Tuesday, 11th March, 2025 and closes on Monday, 17th March, 2025.
4. The tender must be in (5) copies enclosed in a sealed envelope and should be submitted between 8 am and 4 pm daily within the stipulated time to the Confidential Registry of the Local Government Secretariat.
