1.0 INTRODUCTION
Surulere Local Government is looking to execute the above Capital projects through partnership.
2.0 NAME OF PROJECT

Bid security: 1.0% of Bid
3.0 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT/ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
A. Registration with CAC: Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Article of Association
B. Three (3) years (2022, 2023, 2024) company Tax Clearance Certification and Vet remittance for last three (3) years (2022, 2023, 2024)
C. Possession of experience as a prime contractor in similar project
D. Company profile and organization structure with names and telephone number of key personnel
E. Evidence of financial capability
F. Company’s audited account for the last three (3) years (2022, 2023, 2024)
G. Evidence of payment with three (3) years development levy (2022, 2023, 2024) for directors
H. Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Surulere Local Government
4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
From the procurement unit of Surulere Local Government with payment of N25,000.00 (non refundable)
5.0 SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENT
Three (3) copies to be submitted with original marked “original” address to the
Executive Chairman,
Surulere Local Government, 24A, Alhaji Masha Road,
Onilegogoro Busstop,
Surulere, Lagos.
5.0 CLOSING DATE
All bids must be hand delivered on or before 12 noon on the 11th of April, 2025 to the Procurement unit
6.0 OPENING OF TENDERING DOCUMENTS
Bids will be opened in the presence of all bidders who choose to attend at 12:10pm on the 11° of April, 2025
7.0 NOTE
A. Submission does not commit Surulere Local Government to awarding contracts
B. Surulere Local Government will verify all claims
C. Black listed firms shall be disqualified
D. Submission of fake documents shall attract prosecution
E. Automatic disqualification for non adherence to instruction
