ASURPI is Requesting for your quotation on your company letterhead paper FOR THE REHABILITATION OF HAND PUMP BOREHOLE of the below item.

| 8 | Plain in -situ concrete grade 20 platform for hand pump size 2000mm x2800mm x300mm thick laid on natural ground surface finished fair and sloppy including forming 300mmx50mm deep run-off drain & sloppy RAM as specified in drawing and approved by the Engineer (hand pump bore holes) | 21 |

NOTE: 5 locations in Fakai LGA, 8 locations in Shanga LGA and 7 locations in Zuru LGA. Include unit price for each item and total cost.
