INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR SHIPPING, CUSTOMS CLEARING & FORWARDING AGENTS
The DEUTSCHE GESELLSCHAFT FÜR INTERNATIONALE ZUSAMMENARBEIT (GIZ) GMBH; through its Digital Transformation Center, Co financed by the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) invites qualified companies to express their interest to provide the below:
Development of a Blueprint for the Digital Transformation of non-tech MSMEs in Nigeria
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest on the Company Letterhead
b. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association
c. Comprehensive Company Profile
d. At least ten number of employees and managers in the last three years
e. Bank Introductory letter not later than three months
f. Three references of previous similar projects in the field of Digital Transformation in MSMEs
g. Five reference projects in completed in West Africa in the last three years
h. Evidence of Tax payment for 2021, 2022 and 2023 or more recent with a combined average annual turnover of NGN 50,000,000.00.
For consideration, all interested & qualified Companies should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 12 Charles de Gaulle Street, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:
