Objectives
This Request for Expression of Interest REOI follows IITA’s procurement procedures to identify and engage qualified and experienced vendors (suppliers or service providers) for the provision of supplies and services at IITA Headquarters, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
The required supplies and services under this REOI include;
(1) Provision of manufacturing, supply, and installation of custom woodwork and joinery
(2) Provision of Daikin Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) cooling system
(3) Provision of kitchen appliances
(4) Provision of Metal doors
(5) Provision of Aluminum doors and windows
(6) Provision of Toilet Fixtures
(7) Provision of Digging and other Ground Services

IITA invites eligible and reputable firms to express their interest in providing any of the listed services. Further details will be shared with shortlisted vendor.
Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested service providers must submit relevant information demonstrating their qualifications and capacity to undertake the services. The following documents are mandatory for consideration:
Mandatory Requirements
(a) Company brochures and a comprehensive profile showing the relevant experience and availability of appropriate skills among staff. The company profile should include the contact details (the company’s name, postal and physical addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.)
(b) Verifiable evidence of experience in providing relevant supplies and services (having successfully executed at least five (5) similar projects in Nigeria).
(c) Certificate of incorporation/registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(d) Certification from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or relevant professional regulatory bodies (where applicable)
(e) Audited Financial statements for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024
(f) Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
(g) Reference letters from a minimum of three (3) reputable organizations.
Shortlisting of firms will be based on compliance with the above requirements and in line with IITA’s procurement guidelines.
