RE: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PREQUALIFICATION/FINANCIAL BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 3-BEDROOM DETACHED AND 2-BEDROOM SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE (ADDENDUM)
This is in reference to our advertisement dated 26th March, 2025 ,for an invitation to tender for the construction of 2-Bedroom Semi-Detached and 3-Bedroom Detached Houses in Fanisau – Dutse, Hadejia Nguru Road and Kazaure Daura Road (Phase II). Captured in our earlier publication and decided to be adjusted by the management of the Authority.
The adjustment is as such: Construction of 3Bedroom Detached in Dutse Lot -1 (40 Houses), Dutse Lot – 2 (40 Houses), Dutse Lot – 3 (40 Houses), Hadejia I Lot – 4 (10 Houses), Hadejia II Lot – 5 (10 Houses), Gumel Lot – 6 (10 Houses), Ringim Lot – 7 (10 Houses), Kazaure II Lot – 8 (10 Houses), Kafin Hausa II Lot – 9 (15 Houses), Babura Lot – 10 (15 Houses), Birnin Kudu Lot – 11 (10 Houses) Maigatari Lot – 12 (20 Houses).
Construction of 2Bedroom Semi – Detached in Dutse Lot – 1 (50 Houses), Dutse Lot – 2 (40 Houses), Dutse Lot – 3 (40 Houses), Hadejia I Lot – 4 (20 Houses), Hadejia II Lot – 5 (20 Houses), Kazaue Lot – 6 (20 Houses), Ringim Lot – 7 (20 Houses), Kafin Hausa II Lot – 8 (30 Houses), Babura Lot – 9 (30 Houses), Birnin Kudu Lot – 10 (20 Houses), Maigatari Lot – 11 (40 Houses), Maigatari Lot – 12 (40 Houses).
Interested and responsive bidders are expected to pay a non-refundable tender fee of the total sum of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (₦500,000.00) Only for lot: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and One Million Naira (₦1,000,000.00) Only for Lot 1, 2, and 3 of 3bedrooms.
As well as One Million Naira (₦1,000,000.00) Only for Lot 1, 2, 3, 11, and 12 and Five Hundred Thousand Naira (₦500,000.00) Only for lot: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 of 2bedrooms Semi – detached In to the State Revenue Account with Zenith Bank.
