INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
INTRODUCTION
In compliance with Public Procurement Law 2016 of Kaduna State, Kubau Local Government Council is in the process of carrying out some procurement for the second quarter of 2025. In view of the foregoing background, suitably interested, qualified and reputable companies are hereby invited to Submit tender for its invitation to tender Notice in respect of the following projects:
TENDER NOTICE
Lot 1 Construction of Township Road Pambeguwa. Lot 2 Renovation of Primary School at Tafiyau Sabon Layi, Pambeguwa. Lot 3 Construction of Police Outpost at Banki Lot 4 Construction of Access Road from Maimolo to Banki Lot 5 Renovation of Primary School at Kargi. Lot 6 Renovation of Block of Classrooms at Banki. Lot 7 Re-construction of 1 block of 2 classrooms with office at Banki. Lot 8 Construction of Police Outpost at Dutsen-wai. Lot 9 Construction of KADVS office at Anchau. Lot 10 Construction of Shade (Rumfa) at Mahuta, Pambeguwa. Lot 11 Construction of Slaughter – Slab at Damau.
ELIGIBILITY
Interested Companies are required to Submit the under listed documents which will be used as criteria for technical and/or financial evaluation of all bids:
(i) Evidence of registration of the Company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Evidence of the Company’s tax income clearance certificate of at least 2 years immediately preceding this year.
(iii) Evidence of Companies Financial Capability to handle these projects with letter of assurance from companies’ bankers
(iv) Evidence of at least one verifiable similar job previously executed by the Company to be accompanied by letter of award of Contract, photographs and valuation certificate in respect of 27 April, 2025 from the hours of 10.00 am to 3:00 pm daily including Saturdays and Sundays.
(v) Evidence of registration with Kaduna state relevant agency.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Company shall collect tender form/ document from the procurement office in Kubau Local Government Council Secretariat, upon payment of #50,000 nonrefundable tender fees per Procurement from Monday 21 April, 2025 – Sunday 27 April, 2025. from the hours of 10.00 am to 3:00 pm daily including Saturdays and Sundays.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Completed technical and/ or financial bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly showing the Description of the project, (procurement) and name of the Contractor on top of the envelope addressed to The Chairman Kubau Local Government Council and any bid Submitted not in Compliance with this notice will be rejected or returned.
CLOSING DATE
Submission of tender bid shall be closed by 12:00 noon on Sunday 27 April, 2025.
OPENING OF BID AND VENUE
Completed bid documents Submitted by the Companies will be publicly opened by 11:00 am on Monday, 28 April, 2025 at Kubau Local Government Council Chamber. Tenderers or their representatives and other members of the general public are all invited to witness opening of the bids.
