INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFICATION AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION (ADDENDUM)
Reference to our earlier Pre-qualification and Expression of Interest Advertisement Nigerian Tribune, Nigeria New Direct of Monday, 17th day of March, 2025 and Federal Tenders Journal Vol. 21 No. 6 of Monday March 17th – Sunday March 30th, 2025. We would like to inform prospective bidders to take note of the following changes.
1.0 Modification of Expression of Interest Lots:
- Lot S11: Training and Empowerment of Youth and Women Across Jigawa LGAs, Jigawa State has been modified to Training and Empowerment of Youth and Women Across Gwaram, Birnin Kudu and Dutse LGAs, Jigawa State.
- Lot S23: Training and Empowerment of Youth and Women in Footwear and Leather Goods Manufacture at NILEST Extension Centre in Naki Gori and Wase, Plateau State has been modified to Training and Empowerment of Youth and Women in Footwear and Leather Goods Manufacture at NILEST Extension Centre in Naki Gori, Plateau State.
2.0 Addition of Scope of Works
2.10 Works, the following Lots are Added:
- Lot W27: Construction of Five Units of 1 Bedroom Detached Bungalow Quarters In PSSB, Plateau State
- Lot W28: Development of Leather Cluster at Kano (Kano Centre)
2.10 Goods, the following Lots are Added:
- Lot G14 Equipping of Polymer Processing Workshops
- Lot G15 Equipping of Polymer Processing Laboratories at Headquarters
- Lot G16 Supply of starter pack for the manufacturing of Leather Goods and Footwear

3.0 Extension of Pre-Qualification and Expression of Interest Opening Date:
We are pleased to inform prospective bidders that the deadline for the submission of Bids and Opening has been extended from 11:00am Tuesday 7th April, 2025 to 12pm Tuesday 22nd April, 2025.
All eligibility and qualification criteria set out in the previous publication remain valid.
