REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR HEALTH INSURANCE SERVICES

Scope of Work
TechnoServe requires the services of a Health Maintenance Organization that provides basic and supplemental health services to its enrollees. The organization is to provide a secured network of health providers by entering into contracts with primary care physicians, clinical facilities, and specialists. The general aim is to support the treatment and care of all staff members when required while maintaining good quality of life.
The Contracted company will be responsible for the following:
- Attend to all staff queries during the coverage period and escalate queries between staff and care facilities.
- Serve as an intermediary between the organization and various healthcare facility providers.
- Have structured plans that enable staff to receive medical care services from an assigned provider under the point-of-service plans (POS).
- Respond to requests and provide clarification on care plan-related matters when requested
Required Deliverables
- Provide health insurance coverage at an annual fee for all staff.
- Maintain flexible coverage for single and married with dependents staff categories.
- Provide a secure database to onboard all staff and dependents on the digital platform.
- Provide a robust list of care treatments and services inclusive of Medical health care (optical, dental, general health), gym service and spa that meet the needs of the majority of the staff.
- Maintain a list of healthcare facilities relevant within the various locations where most staff are situated that are in contract with the HMO.
- Provide and maintain digital health care structures to accommodate for virtual or remote provision of services.
Additional Information
In addition to the proposal inclusive of financial offer, prospective vendors should provide the following documents as part of their submission.
1. Proof of registration with relevant regulatory bodies in Nigeria
2. Bank letter confirming bank details of the company
3. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years
Only successful bidders would be invited for next stage of the bidding process, and Technoserve reserves the right not to notify un-successful companies.
