IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Click register to sign up and view detailed ONLINE AUCTION T&Cs, and additional information regarding the auction and asset details.
2. Assets are sold on ‘AS-IS, WHERE IS’ basis.
3. Asking price is provided as a guide. Consideration will be given to bids on nearest offer (ONO).
4. We recommend viewing of assets in their respective locations prior to bidding.
5. Site visits must be coordinated, in advance, through the help channels listed below.
6. To affirm your commitment, and where applicable, you will be required to remit the refundable bid security deposit for at least 1 asset (NGN100,000) prior to undertaking site visits. Contact us to be provided with the bank account details.
