TAIMAKO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE (TCDI)
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SKILLS ACQUISITION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING PACKAGES (EQUIPMENT’S AND MATERIALS).

Introduction
Taimako Community Development Initiative (TCDI) is a leading national nongovernmental organization that has been actively working in Northeast Nigeria for over a decade. TCDI has been implementing a wide range of lifesaving interventions, providing essential support to communities in critical need of food security, livelihoods, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services, early recovery and GBV/Protection etc.
Currently, TCDI is seeking qualified and eligible vendors to express their interest in
providing the following service packages.
a) Supply of Tailoring materials
b) Supply of Bag making materials
c) Supply of Shoe making materials
d) Supply of Plumbing materials
e) Supply of Masonry materials
f) Supply of Carpentry materials
g) Supply of Welding materials
h) Supply of Painting materials
TCDI is currently pre-qualifying contracting firms with substantial experience in
similar supplies to the Northeast region Nigeria).
EOI Requirement.
- Good track record on the supply and delivery of similar packages/items.
- The vendors must provide TCDI with the following documents.
-Certificate of Incorporation/ documentation as a registered company.
-Evidence of similar works/similar past performance.
-Recent tax clearance certificate/TIN registration certificate.
SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Response to this EOIs should be sent to TCDI e-mail: procurement@taimakocdi.org.ng no later than 2:00PM (Nigeria Time) Monday 26th of May 2025.
Please quote [TCDI/EOI/05/2025] as a subject in your correspondence and clearly express your interest in either of the packages you wish to apply for.
Kindly provide your evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (Certificate) as well as your Organizations’ Profile.
This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. We do not require bids or proposals at this stage; we merely seek your expression of interest in participating in the tender.
A response to this Request for Expression of Interest does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in the tender.
TCDI reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. TCDI also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final tender document.
