REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR ANNUAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING FOR A KITCHEN HOOD FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

The United States Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria, has a requirement for a contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance Services for a Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System per the statement of work (SOW) embedded in the attached solicitation package.
Interested vendors/contractors are invited to submit a quote.
To ensure your proposal is valid, please adhere to the following guidelines:
(1) Submit your proposal in two parts:
(a) Technical Proposal: This must include
(i) Your methodology for fulfilling the requirements,
(ii) A performance schedule, specifications/materials, samples/pictures/complete drawings (where applicable),
(iii) Your past performance history with valid contact information for past and current customers in the last five years,
(iv) Representation/Certification (see relevant section in the solicitation).
(b) Price Proposal (see relevant section in the solicitation)
(2) All responses to this Request for Quote (RFQ) should be sent via email to AbujaProcurement@state.gov
Submission Deadline:
The deadline for offer submission is June 6, 2025.
