REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR FUEL DISTRIBUTION AND CONTROL SYSTEMS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

The UNITED STATES EMBASSY IN ABUJA, NIGERIA, has a requirement for a contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance Services for their fuel distribution and control systems per the statement of work (SOW) embedded in the attached solicitation package.

Interested vendors/contractors are invited to submit a quote.

To ensure your proposal is valid, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Submit your proposal in two parts:
    1. Technical Proposal: This must include
      1. Your methodology for fulfilling the requirements,
      2. A performance schedule, specifications/materials, samples/pictures/complete drawings (where applicable),
      3. Your past performance history with valid contact information for past and current customers in the last five years,
      4. Representation/Certification (see relevant section in the solicitation).
      5. All responses to this Request for Quote (RFQ) should be sent via email to AbujaProcurement@state.gov
      6. Price Proposal (see relevant section in the solicitation)

Submission Deadline:

  • The deadline for offer submission is June 4, 2025.
