REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR UPS SYSTEMS AT THE U.S. EMBASSY, ABUJA

The United States Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria, has a requirement for a contractor to provide Annual Preventive Maintenance Services for UPS systems per the statement of work (SOW) embedded in the attached solicitation package.

Interested vendors/contractors are invited to submit a quote.

To ensure your proposal is valid, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Submit your proposal in two parts:
    1. Technical Proposal: This must include
      1. Your methodology for fulfilling the requirements,
      2. A performance schedule, specifications/materials, samples/pictures/complete drawings (where applicable),
      3. Your past performance history with valid contact information for past and current customers in the last five years,
      4. Representation/Certification (see relevant section in the solicitation).

Submission Deadline:

  • The deadline for offer submission is June 2, 2025.
