INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
This is to invite suitable qualified contractors for pre-qualification to tender for the execution of the following list of intended projects as follows:-
1. CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION OF FEEDER ROADS AT 15 WARDS
2. CONSTRUCTION OF BLOCKS OF CLASS ROOM WITH OFFICE AT 15 WARDS
3. CONSTRUCTION OF SIDES DRAINAGE AT 15 WARDS
4. RENOVATION OF BLOCK OF CLASS ROOM AT 15 WARDS
5. CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION OF ISLAMIYYA BLOCKAT 15 WARDS
6. CONSTRUCTION OF HEALTH FACILITIES AND PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS
7. CONSTRUCTION OF FIVE DAILY PRAYER MOSQUE AT 15 WARDS
8. CONSTRUCTION JUMA’AT MOSQUE AND RENOVATION OF JUMA’AT MOSQUE AT 15 WARDS
9. EXTENTION OF ELECTRICITY AT 15 WARDS
10. SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE’S
11. CONSTRUCTION OF MECHANISED BORE HOLES AND HAND PUMP AT 15 WARDS
12. CONSTRUCTION OF WALL FENCING TO GRAVE YARD AT 15 WARDS
13. PURCHASE OF CEMETERY AT 15 WARDS
14. RENOVATION OF STAFF QUATERS.
15. RENOVATION OF DISTRICT HOUSE
16. CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION OF MARKET STALL
17. CONSTRUCTION OF DAMS AND CANALS.
18. CONSTRUCTION OF VIP PIT LATRINE AT 15 WARDS.
19. CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF OFFICES
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Prospective contractors must satisfy all the required and necessary pre-qualifications conditions, criteria and procedures laid down by all the relevant authorities.
SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
Eligible contractors or companies should purchase and return their profiles to the secretary Tender Board Warawa Local Government Council in a sealed envelope marked interested projects within one week from the date of this publication.
Please Note: The Local Government reserves the right to reject one or all the applications if they didn’t tally with the pre-qualification conditions requirements.
