OBJECTIVES
This request for expression of interest follows the general procurement procedures for the need to engage a qualified and experienced organization to provide airport car service and protocol assistance at Lagos airport for IITA.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
Interested service providers must provide information as requested to indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. These are necessary for service providers to enhance their qualifications.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
a) Brochures and a comprehensive firm profile showing the availability of appropriate skills among staff. The brochure/profile should include appropriate contact details, e.g., the firm’s name, postal and physical addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses.
b) Verifiable evidence of experience and reputation in providing relevant services.
c) Certificate showing registration/incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
d) Audited Financial statements for years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
e) Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
f) Letter from a minimum of three (3) Reputable Organizations as Referees.
Shortlisted firms/service Providers will be selected on satisfying the above requirements and in accordance with the provisions as set out in the relevant procurement regulations.
