REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR VEHICLE RENTAL SERVICE IN ABUJA/MAIDUGURI
MAG invites you to submit quotations to provide Vehicle rental service in Abuja/Maiduguri
Obligations of the Supplier
1. Driver: MAG is in no way responsible for damage for the driver and the third party. All expenses, including salary, per diems and accommodation where needed, are the responsibility of the rental agency.
2. Airport Fees: All fees payable to access the airport whenever vehicle picks staff from airport is responsibility of vehicle owner.
3. Insurance: The rental agency will have to ensure that the vehicle is insured at all times with third party insurance with a reputable insurance company. A copy of the insurance policy must be provided to MAG before the signing of this contract.
4. Maintenance and Cleaning: The rental agency is responsible for all maintenance, cleaning and vehicle repairs. The rental agency must intervene within 24 hours in case of vehicle breakdown and provide replacement in case of long breakdowns.
5. Fuel: The supplier shall be responsible to ensure that the vehicles are provided with full tank and weekly top or when the fuel gauge reaches quarter level
6. Daily Log sheet: The supplier must provide his drivers with daily log sheet detailing movement records, fuel, time and vehicle users. This record is important for payments at the end of the month. No payments shall be made without clearly completed log sheets.
7. Driver’s License: The driver assign to MAG must have a valid ID for operation.
8. Each vehicle should have the following minimum conditions:
- Adequate fuel for the journey
- Valid fire extinguisher
- Full seat belts
- Airbags
- A spare wheel
- Tools for changing the wheel
- Safety triangle
- First Aid medical kit
- Toolbox
- Extinguisher
- Jumper cables
- Towing wire
Suppliers should return the following to make their bid;
- Clearly mention area(s) of operation for which the quoted prices are applicable on the RFQ Document attached.
- Vehicle registration documents – A certificate of ownership, insurance
- An ID copy of the legal representative.
- Company registration, company profile, TIN and CAC registration
- A list of past references; at least 3
- VAT/TAX clearance certificate or evidence of registration
- Expected time of Delivery if selected
Deadline for submission of complete offer is 5 pm on Tuesday 24th JUNE 2025.

MAG will consider all submissions and make an award based on an assessment of the quality, technical requirements, lead times and value for money of the goods/services offered.
Any agreements entered into as a result of this call will be subject to MAG’s Service Level Agreement or Terms and Conditions unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
- All bidders will be contacted with the outcome of the award.
- MAG reserves the right to reject any or all proposal.
- MAG shall not be liable for any costs incurred in the submission of any proposal.
- Information submitted in response to this RFQ will be held in confidence.
- The contract awarded will be on a Fixed Price
