  • Full Company profile with details of Management Officials.
  • Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
  • Evidence of VAT registration
  • Evidence of Tax registration (TIN) with FIRS
  • 3 Years Tax Clearance (TCC, 2022, 2023 and 2024)
  • PENCOM Compliance Certificate
  • Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurements (BPP)
  • Evidence of Similar Contract(s) with Job Completion Certificates
  • Evidence of Financial Capacity to Execute the Contract(s)
