GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ADDITIONAL YEAR 2025 TETFUND INTERVENTION PROJECTS
1. INTRODUCTION
Federal University of Transportation Daura in keeping with its mandate and in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, intends to implement additional YEAR 2025 TETFUND INTERVENTION PROJECTS. The University is hereby issuing a general procurement notice to interested, competent and reputable contractors with relevant experience and good record of accomplishment for project execution. The projects are as follows:
2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
i. Year 2025 TETFund Zonal Intervention
LOT NO PROJECT DESCRIPTION i Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Furniture and Computers ii Year 2025 TETFund Normal Intervention LOT NO. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Lot 1 Construction of Engineering Workshop Complex Lot 2 Procurement of Offices & Classrooms Furniture/Equipment Lot 3 Procurement of Highway/Civil Engineering Equipment Lot 4 Procurement of Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering Equipment Lot 5 Procurement of Electrical/Electronic Engineering Equipment
3. Interested and eligible contractors, suppliers and vendors are advised to lookout for specific Procurement notice (SPN) for various projects and goods mentioned above in the National Dailies and Notice boards.

5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Bids shall be evaluated based on criteria including but not limited to:
a. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC_1 or CAC_2 and CAC_3;
b. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2025;
c. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above);
d. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 5 and above or the bidder’s annual turnover is N50m and above);
e. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025;
f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of the College Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2025 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
g. For Supply of Equipment: Letter of Authorization as representative of the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs);
h. Works: List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease Agreement.
i. Evidence of registration with relevant bodies on ICT such as NITDA

Federal University of Transportation Daura reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding these procurements without incurring any liability to the bidder
